Basic network analysis for BOLD or ASL fMRI¶

Let”s start with network analysis from a pre-defined set of regions, here defined by the AAL label set. The basic ideas of network analysis are similar to \cite{Hosseini2012} which also lists a variety of rsf-connectivity tools that may interest you (if you use Matlab or Python).
